Assistant Corporate Controller - Assumption
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with GAAP, SOX, transactional process with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE or equivalent), knowledge of manufacturing accounting experience or environment (5 to 8 years), knowledge of international accounting (Brazil, Asia, or others), consolidation of international entities (experience with software like Hyperion or other consolidation software), general ledgers close of all entities and account reconciliation. This position will also have responsibility for monthly close and journal entry, experience in setting and reviewing accounting procedures and policies and internal controls, experience of supervision, lead, training and development of the corporate accounting team, strong communication skills, deep knowledge of excel and access (or any other database query tools- able to develop their own report query). BS degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA required; Public accounting experience a plus.

Systems Design Engineer - Assumption
This position will do systems planning (grain handling systems) for quotation and project installation, prepare flow charts, and prepare equipment lists to be used for quoting grain handling systems. There will be some meetings with customers to plan systems. B.S Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Commodity Manager - Assumption
This position leads and/or manages the supply chain management personnel; evaluates industry supply trends; analyzes trend data of market conditions & pricing data; conducts supplier audits; and conducts commodity-benchmarking analysis of competitive products. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for managing the strategic purchasing for assigned commodities which make up a significant portion of the Company’s annual spend. Commodities assigned may include (depending on skills and experience): Motors, Hardware, Electronic controls, gears, reducers, bearings, electrical, MRO). Specific responsibilities will include negotiating with key suppliers, contract administration, supplier reduction initiatives, driving cost savings processes, improving supplier quality and performance, interfacing with Design Engineering to “engineer out” costs while designing in quality and reliability. B.S Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in a strategic purchasing role, preferably in a similar industry. Corporate Quality Engineer/Black Belt- Assumption
This position will support / lead cross functional quality improvement initiatives throughout the business. Write and review quality system documentation to support business processes including, but not limited to test specifications, quality plans and inspection procedures. Work with supplier development resolving supplier quality issues affecting product quality. Document and analyze field failure/complaints to form root cause and corrective action plans. Conduct operational level QA tools training to plant quality/manufacturing employees. Interface with Engineering and Mfg on new part/process validation program to ensure initial run of products maintain acceptable level of quality. Initiate and lead multiple Six Sigma projects annually to improve the level of quality throughout the business.. Must have the ability to work in a multi-plant environment solving specific quality problems.
BS in Engineering is required along with Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate. Applicable ASQ certifications beneficial, but not required. Quality Assurance practices/principles, 3 dimensional layout skills with CMM, functional understanding of common QA inspection tools, roll and general metal forming experience and Microsoft Office abilities required. Must have 2 years experience in Engineering / Quality supporting manufacturing operations.

Engineering Manager - Assumption
The position will manage Product Engineering activities and a staff of engineers, technicians and other personnel. The successful candidate will develop and put into place projects, work schedules and budgets; interpret plans, drawings and specifications and provide advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve the product requirements while making sure that there is conformity with specifications and plans and with laws, regulations and safety standards. Electronic Technician - Assumption
Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience. Ability to work on live AC or DC circuits, ability to use a digital multi-meter and oscilloscope, good soldering skills. Associate should also be proficient at reading schematic diagrams and wiring diagrams. Ability to lift large controls up to fifty pounds and team lift controls that weigh up to 75lbs.
