GSI Group has an agreement with Hy-Safe Technology, fall protection system specialists with more than 75 years of comprehensive experience, to perform all installations, training, and service on the systems.

Capital Safety Group has worked with GSI Group to provide the optimum equipment engineered specifically for the grain storage product line-up. Extensive structural analysis was performed by the team to ensure that full design loads can be applied to the tank in addition to the fall restraint system.

GSI Million Bushel Bin

GSI introduces the 1.1 Million bushel bin. When you need to store large amounts of grain without the labor and handling costs of ground piles and flat storage, the GSI Million Bushel Bin can answer your call. Built to last, this bin is constructed with double laminated, 6 gauge sheets in the bottom rings verses competitors triple laminated thinner sheets. GSI uses the heaviest sidewall sheets in the industry with galvanized material up to 5 gauge. Six bolt seams hold each sheet securely in place. Precise construction elements hold GSI's Million Bushel Bin above the rest allowing for easy erection.

GSI U-Trough Bin Unload

GSI U-Trough unloaders are available for bins up to 60 ft. diameter, 5000-6000 BPH*. The U-Trough fits under most standard aeration floors and requires minimal assembly. It features an adjustable flight for easy expansion to the outer wall, dual action sweep wheels that move the unloader through the grain while sweeping out outer sidewall grain, and enhanced design to help sustain grain quality. Constructed from top quality galvanized material and components, the GSI U-Trough requires minimal maintenance and will provide years of reliable operation.

GSI Modular Tower Dryer

The GSI Modular Tower Dryer Series uses modular construction to improve overall fit, dependability and speed of installation. Building on site, often referred to as “Stick Built” has been the standard method of construction for the larger tower dryers that the GSI Group manufactures. However, with the new Modular Tower Dryer comes the option to factory assemble a tower dryer in modules, then ship the dryer to the site for final assembly.

The Vision network grain dryer control system features a touch screen interface and powerful control of grain dryer functions.
